12/22/10 Saturday, October 9, 2010 Dear Mr. Frailich, I am writing this letter to you and your staff to thank your for everything your office has done to assist me with the resolution of my Dow Corning Breast implant claim. Being a paralegal myself, I was confident in early '94 that I could handle my claim myself. Nothing could have prepared me for the confusion I faced later in the claim process. I honestly just gave up hope in 2004 and considered opting out. Out of absolute desperation I contacted you via your Internet web page with my questions, and was amazed at how quickly I received a phone call from you personally. Within a week I had the packet from your office that began the process to resolving my claim. When communication began with Reena Frailich, I began to feel that there was hope. Reena answered every question I had thoroughly, and assisted me on every level necessary to move things forward. My phone calls to your office were always returned. Obviously, over a period of time, there were things I had forgotten. Medical records were lost or no longer obtainable because of the span of time. My plastic surgeon had retired and then died. Dear Mr. Frailich,
Please forgive me if I sound rather gushy, but this has
been building for over fifteen years. I am so very tired
of being brave and strong. I am so very tired of feeling
as if I am handling all of this alone. I know there are
so many others out there going through exactly what I
have been going through all these years, but that is
still little consolation when the isolation hits in the
middle of the night, when the pain won't let me sleep.
I have become so bitter and cynical. This is not who I
am, or at least not who I used to be. I can't even talk
to my doctors about it anymore. I feel they all just
think I'm some sort of whiner or worse. I go to the
doctor when I cannot stand it anymore. I tell only the
bare essentials to alleviate my symptoms and that is
only when I can't make it to Mexico to buy my own
Prednisone or whatever I have been prescribed in the
past. This has been my life for too many years.
Since our conversation last week, I have a new found
hope. Please understand, it is not an unrealistic dream.
I simply feel as if I have someone in my corner. Someone
with the knowledge and experience to guide me. Someone
with the understanding and compassion to keep me going.
Someone willing to talk to me.
What ever happens in my case, I want you to know how

honest, I was really skeptical at first hiring a
